Our client is an international provider of Corporate and Fund administrative services and is fully regulated and supervised by the Luxembourg Financial Authority "Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier" (CSSF).

To support their current growth, they are looking to recruit a:

Assistant Manager Legal (m/f)


Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients with all aspects of corporate legislation, as KYC and AML regulations
  • Collect all information and documents required to set-up the entity and to open the bank account
  • Preservation and maintenance of contacts with the client(s) and any professional intermediary(ies)
  • Following up of transactions
  • Preparation/verification of any deed, agreement, contract, document, etc... required for the daily management and the implementation of transactions of the client companies
  • Organise the Boards of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings, as well drafting the related minutes
  • Ensuring that corporate files are kept up to date and participating in other daily office management tasks
  • Responsible for the timely approval of annual accounts and filing with the Luxembourg authorities


Profile:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Finance or Accounting
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience within the Trust and Corporate services business, Law firm and/or financial services
  • Sound knowledge of Luxembourg law/regulations, as well AML/KYC requirements
  • Fluent in English and French - any other languages will be an asset
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a client focus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
