For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a:

Receptionist (m/f),

5 months contract -



  • Handle telephone calls and messages, learn and manage the telephone and the alarm systems

  • Open and distribute  incoming  mail Handle outgoing mail, normal mail, express mail or courier

  •  Receive visitors 

  • Arrange taxis Stock management Maintaining filing systems, internal and external archive management 

  • Assist the company's employees with various requests 

  • Deal with various other issues as they arise (including telephone and mechanical such as copy, scan, fax, binding). 

  • Administrative support to management, including preparing notices, setting up templates, preparing PowerPoint presentations, following up on signature requests, printing and binding. 

  • Work closely with Office Manager on tasks concerning office administration, including administrative support to management, building maintenance and security, organisation of events.



  • You speak fluently French and English
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • You are very service oreinted, able to interact with tact and diplomacy
