Tango is looking for a Sales Trainer who will be responsible for training of our shops resellers and call center agents. You will make sure that all sales personal follow the same sales process, use the same sales arguments. You will also have an eye on web sales process to make sure the same customer experience is conveyed through the digital sales process.
You will work together with product department and loyalty department to set up the sales process for each product, define the unique selling points and arguments to be used during the sales process.
You will assure that Tango brand is conveyed to our customers according to our brand promise. You make sure the customer gets a unique customer experience independent of the sales channel he selected.
You will create training material, hard skills and soft skills, deliver the training to our shops agents, resellers and customer service agents.
Your main duties and responsibilities will be to :
- Define the sales process for each product/service
- Define customer experience during sales process
- Create training material for all new products/services
- Deliver training to Tango shop agents, resellers, call center agents (softskills: sales techniques, sales arguments; hardskills: product knowledge, tools)
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques
- Gather feedback about quality of training
- Measure effectiveness of training
- Manage competences of teams, do refresher trainings if necessary
- Give feedback to product team/customer care team about leakages in products/process
- Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs
You have a Master degree in Business Management
You have at least 5 years’ experience in BtoC sales
You are fluent in French and English Luxembourgish will be a strong plus
You are Team oriented, flexible and problem solving
You also have:
Strong customer focus
Strong communication skills especially linked to sales techniques, be convincing and obstinate
Taste for initiatives
Ability to work in a technical environment
Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
Experience in customer services
Capability to animate a training session and motivate a team
Strong PC knowledge: Microsoft Office
