Job Purpose

The qualified candidate will be in charge of the implementation and use of a new CRM solution for our AXA’s local entities.

The Marketing CRM expert will have two dimensions in his role: First of all, the deployment of the CRM Tool using the ability to gather, analyze information and lead the project. The person will secure delivery objectives in terms of quality, budget, scope and time, ensuring consistency with AXA Group strategy, commitments and goals. In a second step, the Marketing CRM Expert will use his/her capability to analyze in order to support the marketing strategy: retain the client we want, choose the right and cost efficient channel, define segments, analyze the efficiency of the different offers.

 

The Marketing CRM Expert, as the responsible for the coordination, execution and control of the project will be assigned the following tasks and responsibilities:

  • Carry out all phases of project life circle, from general design to deployment and maintenance

-        Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

-        Lead the planning and the implementation of project

-        Define project tasks and resource requirements/Assemble and coordinate project staff

-        Develop full scale project plans / Plan and schedule project timelines

-        Manage project budget

-        Track project deliverables

-        Manage Quality assurance

-        Monitor and report on progresses of the project, problems and solutions

-        Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

  • Manage project resource allocation

-        Manage the relationship with business analysts, data center project managers, developers in India and external providers

-        Manage the relationship with the contractors assisting in the implementation process

  • Manage the exploitation of the tool

-        Make reports and forecast market potentials of customers for strategic planning

-        Upgrade the tool when necessary

 

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree education, with a minimum of 5 years work experience in Project Management related to Marketing & Distribution areas (CRM)
  • Knowledge of AGILE/RAD-JAD project management methodology
  • Direct work experience in project management capacity
  • Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management and change management
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in management of projects developed with Microsoft Dynamics or salesforce
  • Good technical background on Salesforce.com or Microsoft dynamics tools
  • Experience with CRM process modeling
  • Experience with Cloud Computing functional and applicative architecture
  • Ability to communicate in working environment in English / French.
