Financial Reporting Manager

Our Client, a FinTech company based in Luxembourg and operating in the Financial sector, is hiring a:

Financial Reporting Manager (m/f)

Your mission:

In close collaboration with the Management, your mission will be to manage the Luxembourgish office of the Company and assist management in their transaction

Your responsibilities:

  • all compliance matters in Luxembourg such as filing of the accounts, ensuring that board and shareholders meeting are done in accordance with the lux law;

  • assist the Management in the legal part of the business by coordinating with lawyer when contract need to be signed or prepared, deal with notary and interact with the administration when needed

  • supporting on other ad-hoc matters, such as assisting in providing information to funders / credit agencies etc.

  • prepare the Luxgaap financial statements and Luxgaap accounting for the holdings in Luxembourg

  • coordinate the preparation of the consolidated financial statement/review the consolidation of the group ( deep knowledge in consolidation under IFRS as adopted by EU is required

  • liaise with external auditors and prepare audit support schedules and working papers

  • preparation of boards meeting and minutes



  •  You hold an University Degree in accounting, economics or finance;

  •  You have a proven experience of 5/7 years, ideally in consolidation and financial reporting;

  • You have a good knowledge of the Luxembourg accounting and tax rules and of the Luxembourg Company Law;

  • You have a good knowledge IFRS and consolidation

  •  Ability to multi-task and self-organise.

  •    Demonstrated interests in technical and complex financial accounting matters under IFRS

  • Fluent in English, German would be an asset
