Job Purpose

You will support sales development of our international employee benefits solutions (Life and Pension) for expatriates ;

  • You will detect opportunities to increase and improve our range of services ;
  • You will participate in responding to market tenders (RFPs) from clients or distributors ;
  • You will participate on setting up of contractual documents or commercial materials dedicated to HR or insured members commercial presentations ;
  • You will contribute with a close cooperation of Sales Manager to preparation of commercial presentations ;
  • You will monitor needs of  clients and partners for the existing international portfolio ;
  • You will become the preferred contact person for our distribution partners, for both standard and complex client/partner queries related to international insurance solutions, ensuring a constant proactive approach towards our clients, partners and different entities of AXA Group ;
  • You will regularly evaluate and report on the satisfaction level with our main distributors / clients ;
  • You will propose and advise clients about appropriate employee benefits corresponding to their needs and expectations in order to recommend on the most suitable solutions for the client and at the same time to control the profitability of the account and portfolio ;
  • You will work in cooperation with operational team to ensure a proper follow up of client needs.



  • University degree (BAC+4/5) ;
  • Experience in life insurance (Protection cover, unit linked products….) or/and in business for expatriates will be considered as a plus ;
  • Fluent written / spoken English, Luxembourgish and French are required ;
  • Initiative, creativity and open-minded ;
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently ;
  • Excellent organizational, communication skills will allow you to cope with tight deadlines and demanding business partners ;
  • Client driven and results oriented, with strong negotiation skills ;
  • Robust commercial attitude, client focused and positive, enthusiastic approach ;
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite tools : Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
