Fund set up, Investor dealing activity, reporting and query resolution. Processing Client invoices and banking relations.
Responsible for the review of tasks performed by the TA Administration, and the smooth running of the department overall.
- Treatment of daily mail received in relation to the fund transactions of Investors.
- Review and approval of preparation of payment instructions for invoices prior to submitting for signature/payment approval.
- Communication of financial reporting with the investors and retrieval of proxy forms for AGMs.
- Daily Reporting/or other special reporting requirement of the client
- Review of input and maintenance of Static Data in Viewpoint and client
Transfer Agent Administration
- Fund Set Up
- Review of PPM
- Investor Transactions
- Investor Communications
- Static Data Maintenance
It will be necessary to communicate professionally and effectively with:
- Employees of the service including legal, corporate and accounting department
- Vistra Fund Services senior management
- Third parties (banks, lawyers, auditors, ...)
Qualities of the individual
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Accomplished financial studies
- Ability to use several software packages
- A team player in an international environment
