For this 100% privately owned company with a long-term growth, servicing managers of real estate, private equity, debt, and infrastructure funds, we are looking for a passionate and talented Associate Director – Corporate Services.

The ideal candidate would have familiarity with leadership and oversight of a team/teams of administrators and/or accountants responsible for the day-to-day administration and accounting for a number of real estate, and debt structures. Taking ownership of the client relationships within these teams. Provision of timely coaching and direction in order to maintain relationships (internal and external) and ensure quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversight generally and with prime responsibility for specific RE, PE and Debt clients
• Maintain strong relationships with key client contacts at specific RE, PE and Debt clients
• Oversee team performance and all aspects of client service delivery for specific RE, PE and Debt clients, working with managers and assistant managers to identify issues and inefficiencies and to manage these appropriately
• Support and develop assistant managers and managers (lead, manage, coach) in their development within the company
• Monitor and manage recoverability for specific RE, PE and Debt clients
• Maintain the role of Conducting Officer for the central administration function of the company
• Maintain strong working relationships with key contacts at the regulator (CSSF) and service providers (legal, accountancy, tax, compliance)
• Participate in senior management team meetings
• Support and develop internal cross-jurisdictional relationships within the company
• Develop and deliver initiatives to improve operational delivery (effectiveness and efficiency)
• Actively participate in relevant projects and IT developments
• Lead by example and respond positively to planned and unplanned change
• Seek to win new business through a number of avenues, including but not limited to outstanding client service, strength of team reputation, expanding current client relationships and new contacts / leads

Your Profile

• Corporate legal background with a minimum of 7-10 years PQE
• Strong academic background
• Client focused and committed to providing service excellence to internal and external clients
• Achievement and goal orientated
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and French
• Able to organise time, work and resources to accomplish work objectives effectively and efficiently
• Considerable and relevant experience combined with people management skills
• Future orientated with a proven ability to anticipate and respond to client/regulatory requirements
• Engaging and inspiring presence with professional gravitas
• Agile and resilient with a commercial approach
• Proven ability to communicate proactively and confidently with the Regulator
• Professionally qualified and able to meet regulatory requirements as a member of the SMT
• Self-starter with a positive and engaging team approach
• Leaderships skills combined with the ability to work collaboratively at a local and group level
