Progress your career as a Account Manager / Business Developer / Project Manager within a recognised company that offers excellent progression opportunities.
My client is a leading Fin tech company in Luxembourg.
- Build and maintain effective long term relationships with a portfolio of customers to ensure high level clients' satisfaction
- Business Development, leveraging on this company reputation and network, identifying new prospects, building a pipeline, managing prospects key relationships
- Ensure projects follow up with the client
- Promote products and services (offers preparation) and identify opportunities
- Prepare offers, manage contracts, clients' follow up
- Previous exposure to industry related risk officer, business analyst, finance or software sales (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication skills in English and French, verbal and written, a Scandinavian language or Dutch is a plus
- Experience and desire to be client facing in sales process with ability to travel in Scandinavia (approx. 20% of time)
- Thorough understanding of the investment industry in Luxembourg
- Strong knowledge of Risk Management Processes
- Familiarity with cold calling and prospect pipeline development
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Capacity to work in a team with a willingness to own the clients/prospects sales process from start to fruition
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to work and communicate with many different types of people including C-suite
- Understanding of complex financial instruments
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel
