Inside Sales Coordinator - Permanent Contract


Guardian Glass is Guardian’s largest business and one of the world’s largest manufacturers of float, value-added and fabricated glass products and solutions. At our 25 float plants located around the globe, Guardian Glass produces high performance glass for architectural, residential, interior, transportation and technical glass applications. 

Due to continuous success and expansion, we are looking for an experienced and professional Customer Service person to strengthen our dynamic and successful international sales team in Luxembourg, site of Bertrange. In this position, you will find fulfillment and meaning in your work.

 

Responsibilities

You will take full responsibility of assigned customers’ relationship and support. This includes: orders coordination, development of customer-supplier relationship in collaboration with outside sales representatives, and follow-up of customers’ files and requests.

As a Guardian Customer Service Representative you will have the opportunity to work with customers located not only in Europe but also in Asia, Middle East, South America or even Oceania.

You will be the key contact between the customer and Guardian. In that scope, you will identify and understand your customer’s needs and provide them with the most suitable solution for their business activities.

You will work in close cooperation with marketing, finance, technical, logistics, production, and shipping. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for quotations and follow-up of projects. This requires an excellent knowledge of your markets and customers, as well as production and logistics constraints.

  • Some experience in a similar position in an international industrial company

You will report to the Inside Sales Manager based in Bertrange, Luxembourg.
