Customer Relationship Officer (m/f) - Fixed-term contract 12 months


  • Within the Client servicing department, the role of Client Relationship Officer is to focus on Corporate and Individual Client’s requirements based in different European countries
  • You are the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role is to respond to a variety of Client requests and inquiries via the telephone or e-mail
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and developing an excellent client-business relationship for our customers base
  • Effectively manage incoming contacts by any channel


Your responsibilities as a member of the Client Servicing department are:

  • Be a dedicated contact person for Clients (both corporates and individuals), in order to ensure the quality and long-term relations;
  • Help the Head of the Department to facilitate information inquiries of Clients by showing an in-depth knowledge of social, tax and regulatory measures applying to Pension Funds; 
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of collective savings schemes implemented by Corporate Clients
  • Produce and make available (recurrent and exceptional) specific information to each client including any information on legal evolutions impacting them.
  • Ensure the processing of transactions (exceptional / complex / specific) in accordance with deadlines and conditions as contractually agreed with Clients and Partners following our internal procedures;
  • Liaise with internal and external specialists to ensure optimal service delivery
  • Coordinate issues concerning taxes, administration and banking for Members/affiliates with the Client Correspondent
  • Handle Client’s inquiries telephonically and by email delivering on time, within agreed deadlines high-quality support 


  • You are Italian or German native speaker with an excellent level of proficiency in oral and written French and/or English (any other additional language is a big plus)
  • You have a strong interest in Finance
  • You are customer and solution oriented
  • Ability to handle calls, emails or web-chats and take notes at the same time
  • You are eager to learn and to adapt fast in a complex and high value-added industry
  • 2 years of industry experience in depositary bank and oversight duties, administration operations, transfer agency, fund accounting or transaction services
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (at ease on the phone)
