Regional Sales and Marketing Assistant (M/F) – Luxembourg

The position we offer

To support our growing development, Threon have a permanent position open within our team in Luxembourg. This position offers the opportunity to join a team of specialist in Project Management and support its local development by taking responsibility of the Regional Sales and Marketing activities.

Your role

  • Develop and deploy regional marketing strategy in coordination with Group marketing officer
  • Organize marketing events
  • Prepare service offers and coordinate with consultants and sales manager
  • Liaise directly with clients and assure the management of their requests
  • Prepare sales and marketing materials
  • Set up dashboards and reports to ensure effectiveness of the strategy implementation
  • Maintain and develop the contact database

Your profile

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the consulting sector
  • Perfect French and English is required, any additional language is an asset
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools – Knowledge of SalesForce is a plus
  • Rigorous and self-organized
  • Able to operate autonomously, prioritize tasks and exercise sound judgment and creativity in finding solutions
  • Customer-oriented approach, professional appearance and conduct, diplomatic and demonstrate absolute discretion as the situation demands
  • Adaptable and flexible, you enjoy working in a challenging and dynamic environment,
  • Proactive and reactive, quick learner with the willingness to learn about the business and contribute to its success
  • Team player
