Head of Business Support Operations & Business Intelligence - Fintech

Our client is a leading international fintech company. Well established and fast growing into many new markets. They are looking for a Head of Business Support Operations & Business Intelligence to assist the Group CEO, Head of Sales and the management Board drive the business further forward, developing new products and making key business decisions.
In addition to the autonomous nature of the role, the successful incumbent will have ample opportunity for board level exposure and senior external stakeholder management, guaranteeing excellent career progression.
The Business Support Operations & BI Function supports the Business Lines with the necessary internal and external tools to perform their activity effectively.
This function is key to driving the business forward through effective work-flow and sales.
Having overall responsibility for the development and implementation of all tools for reporting and the retrieval of information for Sales & Marketing, CRM, SEM, and BI
In addition, the team is responsible for reporting and needs to streamline the whole data structure among all Group systems and tools.
This team will report to the Management on all the Organisation’s KPIs.
Very strong Business Intelligence (BI) experience
Strong management skills
Highly motivated and innovative
Consumer finance experience (banking or Telco’s etc..)
Strong experience of interacting with Sales & Marketing
