Job description

What you will really be doing

Handle from A to Z recruitment processes, cover various positions within the team
You will be winning new business through strong business development and nurturing existing client relationships
Build and maintain strong relationships with the hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs and job role requirements
Develop an appropriate sourcing strategy according to the needs, including headhunting and the use of social media to build and maintain a network of potential candidates 
Be responsible for candidate management from application stage through to offer, demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences Interviewing candidates over the phone and in person, making accurate assessment of a candidate’s fit to a role’s requirements 
Establish reports, dashboards and benchmarks in the aim to monitor our activity and continually improve our processes 
Attend career events in order to attract top talent 
Ensure up to date assignment and candidate information is available for colleagues by using the Executive Recruitment database 
Participate in various projects in the areas of recruitment, sourcing and HR, and be in search for new methodologies


Requirements


Expectations

3-5 years of experience in IT Recruitment, ideally strong search/headhunting skills
Business development experience, know how to get new clients and maintain trust-based relationship with existing partners
Experience of interacting with hiring manager and candidates in a pro-active and ‘value-add’ way 
Fluent in English (written and spoken), fluent French is an advantage 
Problem solving skills and results oriented 
Excellent communication with Senior Manager/Principals and candidates in a pro-active, professional manner Capability to work individually, in the same time as part of a team 
Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines 
Rigorous and reliable with high sense of confidentiality 
Confident, self-starter and ability to operate in a dynamic environment 
Degree in Human Resources/ Work Psychology is a plus 
Be able to provide references from your former employer
