- Setting up conference calls and meetings
- Managing, planning and organising the agenda of the Managing Director
- Arranging travel and accomodation
- Following up with expenses and invoices
- Managing the correspondence and document production
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Handling and dispatching calls
- Preparing and gathering files needed for public tenders
- 4-8+ years of experience in a similar position
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- English and French. German would be an asset.
- Good knowledge of the computer software packages
- Proactivity and communication skills
