HALSEY was established in 1995 by David Harvey who has been involved in international tax planning, offshore financial advisory services and corporate management for almost 40 years. Christophe Gammal joined the Company in 1997 as an economist with commercial and industrial background.

In 2001 HALSEY GROUP S.àr.l. (a new company in the same ownership) received a license from the "Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier" (CSSF), the Luxembourg Regulator, to provide domiciliation and other services to the clients of HALSEY. The company occupies its own premises at 174, route de Longwy and provides services to many leading institutions and major international corporations. Our aim is to provide a fast and reliable incorporation and corporate management service to our clients.
